Valley Forge...

Valley Forge National Park is truly for all seasons. There are hiking, biking and walking trails, fields for kite flying, and an area for winter sports. The Visitor's Center houses a collection of Revolutionary War memorabilia from the time of George Washington's army encampment. The visitor can relive that cold winter of 1777 by entering reproductions of the soldier's log huts, and on special occasions, view reenactments of military drills by soldiers in Revolutionary War garb. The Valley Forge Chapel houses a magnificent carillon, and the fall display of the changing colors of the leaves are breath-taking!
